Ticket Bazaar - Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Ticket Bazaar's website and services. By purchasing tickets on the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Ticket Bazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. Minors must have parental consent. You may not access our platform if your account was previously terminated or restricted.

3. Opening an Account

Some features require you to create an account using a valid email and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.1 Account Restrictions

  • Do not register on behalf of others without permission.
  • Do not impersonate another person.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

  • Ticket Bazaar sells and delivers only paper tickets.
  • We offer home delivery within Mumbai through our own team.
  • The first delivery attempt is free. Redelivery (if buyer is unavailable) costs ₹199.
  • Buyers must inspect and accept delivery upon receipt.

5. Payments

  • We accept UPI, credit cards, and debit cards via PayU.
  • All transactions are processed in INR.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refund policies are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We reserve the right to dispute invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ticket Bazaar owns all rights to branding, website content, and logos.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for event cancellations, venue changes, or travel costs.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to Indian law and arbitration in Mumbai.
  • You agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

11. User Reviews

  • Reviews must be truthful and respectful.
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

12. Communication

By using our platform, you agree to receive account-related communication via email or SMS.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or laws.
